I just listened to Episode 6 about descriptive representation and I understand what Jason is saying that it shouldn't matter what the people look like. However, if the system was actually fair and equal I think we would see something closer to descriptive representation and not seeing it makes me think the system is flawed. I want to see descriptive representation because it indicates to me that the system is probably closer to being equal.
